Advise preferred date of journey & number of cabins required-to check availability.

Also advice preference to book Deluxe Cabin with Single Large Bed(viz Dbl.) or Two Separate Beds( viz Twin).

We require Names /Sex/Nationality of all the passengers to process booking.

To confirm booking we require 25% of published ticket value(inclusive taxes) as advance deposit.

Balance Payment MUST reach us at least 65 days before depart with Passport Copies of all the passengers OR Indian Photo Id residence Proof.

If booking request made < 65 days before tour depart -we require ONE TIME Full deposit to confirm booking.

E-tickets are issued on receipt of full tour amount & documents requested.

• Cancellation request must be made in writing & acknowledged by us.
• Bookings cancelled more than 62 working days before train tour depart will attract 20% (twenty) levy on gross value of ticket cost inclusive taxes.
• Bookings cancelled between 61 to 47 working days before train tour depart will attract 40% (forty) levy on gross value of ticket cost inclusive taxes.
• Bookings cancelled less than 47 working days before train tour depart will attract full 100% levy on gross value of ticket cost inclusive taxes.
• Changes in Journey Date OR Names of Passengers will be governed by Cancellation Rules.
• Guest is liable to pay taxes & Tariff as applicable on date of journey, irrespective if part/full payment made.
• The Train Tour Operator(IRCTC) reserves the right to cancel scheduled depart due to low occupancy OR technical reasons & in such a case You will be pre- informed & full refund of advance received for train tour booking (in equivalent INR Value) will be made.
• Royal Indian Trains reserves the right to apply Additional US$ 100 per person as processing fee & deduct same from refund due.
• But if scheduled train tour gets cancelled by Train Tour Operator(IRCTC) , we at Royal Indian Trains ( Booking Agent) CANNOT be held liable to COMPENSATE for any cancellation charges towards Air Tickets /Hotel Booking/Tour Insurance/Visa charges/Mental Harassment suffered by you etc.
• It is mandatory for all Foreign Passport Holders to have prior VISA ,before boarding flight to India & request for cancellation on basis of NOT HAVING prior
• Knowledge of this subject- will not be entertained.
• Golden Chariot Train Tour is jointly operated by Tourism Dept of Karnataka State Government ( KSTDC) & Commercial Wing of Indian Railways( IRCTC) & our liability is limited to that of booking agent only.
